By engaging Empower Services LLC for any IT services (such as website or app development), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, whether individual or business entities.
Once the project is delivered, clients have 30 calendar days to report any issues, bugs, or minor adjustments. We will happily fix or revise the work within this 30-day window at no extra cost.
After 30 days, we are not obligated to make free changes or support the project unless a separate maintenance agreement is in place.
If the client is not satisfied with the final deliverables and reports valid concerns within 30 days of project delivery, Empower Services LLC will issue a full or partial refund after internal review.
Refunds will not be processed:
After 30 days of delivery
If project was completed as per agreed scope
If dissatisfaction is due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., client-side hosting, third-party services, etc.)
At Empower Services LLC, we believe in client satisfaction and transparency. We will only request full payment once the project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
No advance payment is required unless agreed otherwise in writing.
If the client is satisfied with the final result, only then will the full amount be invoiced and payment requested.
However, if the client decides to cancel the project midway without a valid reason, we reserve the right to charge for the work already completed.
Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables (such as website, app, code, or graphics). However, Empower Services LLC reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing.
Empower Services LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
